just ship the whole house already upgraded with updates to the mod, its not the megaton or the tenpenny house anyway. Don't worry about it. yeah also like the other user said if there is no fast travel point to the house people tend not to use it as much. Even for the tenpenny suite I had to add a mod to go there and not to the bottom floor.
You had a point but I personnaly like the multiple way you can customize your house. That gave me the idea to had 2 version of the mod, the already upgraded and the one where you add things with quest and buying.
