There's not much to say. I just cleaned ESP from unnecessary edits and forwarded fixes from UF3P.
Original description
This mod stops DLC quests from being added automatically after leaving vault 101 and hides pop-up messages connected to them. DLC radio signals are not broadcast everywhere in the wasteland anymore. Instead, you should get to a specific area to receive a signal and activate the quest. Broken steel level cap notification is also hidden.

Compatibility
Compatible with Goodies, if this mod is placed below.
Other than that, not compatible with anything that edits starting scripts and quests of DLCs, though I don't know any mod that does this.
Installation/Uninstallation
Through any mod manager, preferably this.
Most likely not safe to delete mid-playthrough, I wouldn't try.
