   burners reshade preset pops up like usual, although for some odd reason non of the interactable's pop up so I can't mess with settings.

      Are you referring to settings like rain duration and interior light levels? Those are controlled in the URWL mod as a pipboy inventory item in the apparel section. You'd click on it and it'll give you options/settings. Sorry can't help more as I don't use Reshade or URWL.
