Darn it. Just couldn't get this to show LOD. Ran FO3LODGen, then tried the beta xLodGen. Then I tried changing load order. Nothing works and it just appears as floating metal at a distance. Shame, as this is a very nice settlement.
I'm keeping it in my load order regardless. The only work around I can imagine is to up the GridstoLoad to 7 or 8, but that would throw stability right out the window. ^_^
This is good! The only problem I have is hostile NPCs like Talon company aggro on the settlers inside the settlement (near Florence) and I have to quickly dispatch TC before they kill all the residents. Maybe have an update where the Talon Company spawns a few hundred feet away from Colby East like they're plotting a raid sorta thing?
EDIT: The issue is on my end, I'm using MMM so there are some edits there. For anyone else having this issue, click on the Talon Company body and type 'disable' This will prevent the spawns from happening in the future.
Thanks for "remastered" version of good old mod. I remember when I first found this mod in 2013 and spend many hours just wandering around, looking at every corner and impressed why initial developers never properly implement some kind of "handmade tower-city" in the base game. Now I can fully appreciate this hidden gem with QoL improvements from you. So. thank you. again :) For anyone else - you should really try this settlement mod just for the sake of seeing how creative modders can be.

Also the water in the tank at the very top is missing reflection / refraction properties.
