I would love your dark nights but with RWL in the day time. Again I really do mean about paying you for work and time if thats something your comfortable with, please let me know :)

i'm gonna download this if you say so, i dont want to install fellout because it remove the green tint and i feel it make less pos-apocalyptic atmosphere
Thanks for share - makes glowing ones standout! But vanilla FO3 isn't "terrible" - gamers have to remember neither game, monitor, tweaks or ENB, can mimic human eye adjustments for using rod-sight, moonlight & stars, light-scatter from clouds, concrete, frost or snow. Walking in the open with a bright moon I can see my shadow. That said, I'm not here to "throw shade" (pun intended) on your or any effort to darken nights! I myself use Polluted Wasteland (bright dusty & toxic versions), tweaked to be foggier - day & night gloom, poor vis - and it hides lod.
