Did you enable it before startup? If not then you have to click data files and enable the Mikesgear.esp by clicking the checkbox next to it. then you can hit play and it is a metal box located just outside and to the left of the entrance of vault 101. Hope this helps, i will be releasing an update for it later on today which will add a few more items.
