   Makes sense to me I mean why wouldn't the water be clean now since they have the Purifier working?
   
   Could you make a mod that cleans the place up as well I feel like neither the Enclave or the Brotherhood would leave it such a mess once they took it over

      Well, it was apparently in that state when the Brotherhood manned it before. I guess they're sloppy.
