holo sight now properly lines up, just an update, still needs the main file

Replaced hs w/ one from the carbine found in danthegeeks Underground Hideout mod (works with cloak, no broken graphics).
basically replaces the original holosight, meaning no more blue arrows
Updated mesh only NEEDS main file (choose 1 update only)
