Changelogs

Version 1.6
- Added an .ini option to tweak alpha (opacity) of markers when not in focus
- Fixed marker position lagging a frame behind, the mod should be much more fluid and nice to use
- Changed the ini defaults for a less intrusive experience
- Minor refactoring and optimizations to the code, updated to the latest C++ toolset
