Chugged your last Nuka Cola? Just happen to run out of food and there's nowhere to scavenge for more? Is the carnivore in you afraid that meat will run out and you'll be forced to survive on 200-year-old preserved foods? Now with this mod, you can butcher nearly anything and get meat from any slain lifeform in the Wasteland. And I mean ANY slain lifeform. Humans, Ghouls, Super Mutants and Centaurs are all possible additions to your dinner plate.

----------Detailed Description----------

This mod stops any meat from spawning on animals' inventories and adds a new perk (available at level 1 and requires 25 skill in Melee Weapons) which spawns a Butcher Knife to your inventory which is equipable and hotkeyable (not for use in combat; it has a base damage of 1) for the purpose of butchering anything you've killed. Meat doesn't appear pre-cut once you've killed something in real life, so why should it in Fallout? To butcher a carcass, simply equip the knife and strike a dead lifeform; this will not work if the target has been blown to smithereens.

Each corpse can be harvested an unlimited amount of times as long as the torso is intact, but it's your choice to abuse it if you so wish. Hacking away until you feel that you've harvested all the meat you realistically could from whatever you've killed is the intent behind me making this mod. I always found the amount of meat lootable from animals' inventories to be quite underwhelming so I gave this antiquated mod a new lease of life to remedy that.

----------Known Conflicts and Errors----------

This mod overwrites the leveled items for all animal inventories and edits the HumanFlesh item. This should be the only cause of any issues which could arise from this mod.
