    How would we go about making this compatible with WMK? 10mm Pistol and 10mm SMG work with attachments but Sniper Rifle, Assault Rifle and probably others cause the textures to go crazy

      Don't worry I'm working on a Refurbished version of WMK, that will be compatible.

      Been on the backburner, been busy with college. Its currently functional, like they ironsights works everything, but I'm also fixing WMK visual bugs so that been taking up my time. So I've actually been thinking of just releasing a alpha/beta release.

    I'm having an issue with the combat shotgun where the ejection port is always open. Closed when the weapon is dropped but open when equipped, not that big of a deal but thought I'd mention.

    Hi friends, experiencing a weird issue where I can see the replacement textures in 1st person but when it's holstered by an NPC or dropped it shows as the old texture. Archive Invalidated is working as intended so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

      Which gun has the bugged texture?
      Also check with xEdit if any mods change the texture path or replaces that gun's texture.

    I've been away from FO3 for a few years and forgot how I used to rig up the original mod. I was dling your bsa decompression mod and found this mod under your name. I was like, "OMG!!"  It's what I always wanted from the original, so thanks for making it. Plug n play, and no esp file. Whoohoo!!

    I also grabbed some of your other works. Great stuff. :)

    It might just be me, but the errors I get is the sawed off having messed up textures when held and dropped. The sniper, G3 addon, Combat shotgun addon, SMG, having messed up textures when dropped.

    However, enabling the addons itself and nothing else shows the right textures when I drop and equip them, but out in the world they're textures are missing.

      I tried only loading the mod and nothing else besides the unofficial patch on a new game but still messy textures. If no one else has this issues I think its on my end then.

      I had this issue too. Turns out I didn't have Auto. Archive Invalidation checked. Silly me.

    Hey, 

    First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to upload this. This mod also works correctly with Iron Sights Plus. 

    I have a request. Unfortunately I cannot use Iron Sights Plus on my save since it didn't have UUF3P, so I am using RH-Iron Sights for now until I start a new game. 

    This texture mod mostly works okay with it, however there are some messed up textures. The 10mm pistol (silenced and non-silenced) uses the default texture. I was able to fix it by moving some texture files to the correct directory, but I cannot fix the sim versions. The AR also has messed up textures when using it in 1st person and in iron sights, the sim version of the combat shotgun doesn't change to Millenia's retexture, and the normal combat shotgun has a messed up 1st persons and iron sights textures. 

    If you can upload a fix so that it is fully compatible with RH-Iron sights, or show me which files to move to the correct directories for it to work, thank you.

      Okay so the main issue, is that RH_Ironsights changes the "Texture Set" for some weapons in its plugin. The textures that come with the mod are the same in vanilla. The only difference is that it uses the high res first person texture and removes the "1stperson" prefix of file names themselves, making it so that even when dropped the world/third Peerson textures are high res. So, either edit the plugin to match vanilla. or replace the texture file with 1stpersonxxx.dds SF3WRP project files with the removed "1stperson" prefix.

      I'm sorry, I did not completely understand.
      Do you mean I have to go through all the WRP .dds files and remove the "1stperson" prefix for each file?
      I'm confused because there are already files without the prefix, in the same folders. Are they meant to be replaced by the files I'm renaming?

      Yes, remove the prefix and move them and replace the RH_ironsights textures in the 0roguehollow folder. The difference between the ones with the prefix and the ones without, is that the ones WITH the prefix are higher resolution 1k, the ones already WITHOUT the prefix are half the resolution that. Honestly it would just be easier to change the changed file paths of the Texture Set record in RH_ironsight.esm plugin back to vanilla.

      Okay, I tried this with the 10mm pistol and the issue with that weapon AND the sim version is resolved. It looks normal. 

      But then I tried it for the AR.
      1) I moved the "AssaultRifle.dds" and "AssaultRifle_n.dds" files from 0roguehallow for the AR to my desktop.
      2) Then I took the "1stpersonassaultrifle01.dds" and "1stpersonassaultrifle01_n.dds" files for the AR from WRP, and then renamed to "AssaultRifle.dds" and "AssaultRifle_n.dds" respectively.
      3) I then moved those renamed files into the AR directory for the 0roguehallow folder, and ran archive invalidation.
      4) Vortex gave me the "Mod Files were changed outside of Vortex" notification and asked if I wanted to save or revert changes. I clicked save.

      Then I loaded up my game. 

      This is how the AR looks when dropped (it looks normal).

      But this is how it looks in the 1st person view.

      It looks all garbled and doesn't look like how it does when dropped or held by an NPC. By the way, the texture is also garbled for the Combat Shotgun and the Sawed-off Shotgun. Did I do something wrong? 

      Also, I am not sure how to change the file path of the texture set record for RH-ironsights. I've never created or edited mods before, but I can give it a try. Do I have to use xEdit or GECK to do that?

      Oh, The AR is also a model and is incompatible with RH_ironsights. The Chinese Assault Rifle and Chines Pistol as well.

      Well, what’s weird is that the Chinese AR and Chinese Pistol all work okay, in both 1st person, iron-sights, and when dropped.

      Here are the images for them.

      They don’t look garbled. It's only the normal AR, the sawed off shotgun, and the combat shotgun.

      Oh right, I forgot I used the Fixed Iron sight version as a base.

      the G3/AR was the only with no fixed model since it was never backported to Fo3, I'm first who did it.

    ?I'm trying to make a standalone AK47 and use the mesh in your chinese assault rifle replacer, but the ironsight is misallign, even when sightnode is perfectly allign with the sight


    my crosshair is actually pointing at that ring on Charon's back but sight is misallign
    I tried change the translation of weapon mesh but it just make ironsight more weird

      You have a plugin that is overriding the Chinese assault rifle record is reenabling the Don't use 1st ironsight flag. Check xEdit.

      Thank you! Indeed after simply uncheck the Don't use 1st ironsight option in GECK problem solved. How can I miss that. BTW would you mind if I upload it on nexus? Though I haven't got reply from Millenia yet, may still need to remove it if he refuse to give permission
