This mod has increased my enjoyment of the game a lot. No longer the dreary sameness everywhere, and I entirely agree that after 200 years there should be some recovery to the vegetation. I also like the fact that the original dead trees are still around and that in some areas the amount of new vegetation is quite dense but in other areas fairly sparse.
I also very much like the inclusion of collision.
I'm running this mod alongside URWL and they work together very well. Before that I was running it alongside Fellout and that also worked well.
My only niggle is that the distant LOD is fairly short, meaning that only the original dead trees are visible in the more distant views. Was that was to keep down possible framerate hits? I haven't noticed any framerate hits on my machine and I'm sure it could handle the greener world covering all of the visible views, but it is a fairly powerful machine. If it was deliberate, would it be possible to offer options? However, I'm still very happy with it as it is.
(P.S. Having just noticed that this mod is now some 20 months old, I suspect it is a bit late now to expect any additional options).
Nice work that doesn't go overboard. Not that lots of vegetation wouldn't be around in RL, but from an FPS perspective. Just enough veggies from what I've seen so far.
Big performance increase on my aging system compared to Greener World, and if I'm honest it even looks better. Trees have collision too, that's a nice touch.
This mod makes the game more realistic. After 200 years trees should be found across the wasteland. I also like the fact that these trees actually have a collision mesh.
