I have exclamation mark on doc hoff. he still visible but that mark just goes with him. Can it be from this mod or should i dig further? What the heck UPD: Not this mod conflicts, get his items from his inventory, the bugged thing called: The Dandy. And it's some clothing/apparel. Now i need to pinpoint which mod doing this.
UPD 2: Problematic mod is A sackful of hats - FO3 edition which i installed not correct.
I do wish there were more mods with more access to feminine clothing/bodys for the male body (its rare for NV but even more rare for this game ;_; ) u_u id so dig some crops for my pretty man. Trying to start my journey with converting clothes to the opposite model but its so fuckin overwhelming Dx
UPD I turned them off and nothing changed. This mod didn't make Dukov in his underpants with hearts.
Why this not work? ""Remember to read the Description" - i can't find word "Installation".
[SOLVED]
Installation:
You just need to copy all contents of archive manually to "Data" folder, without using MO2 mod manager for this. If you save in front of Dukov and load that save after installation, you won't see the changes. You need to get out of his house and go back in, then you will see him in new clothes. This mod is placed at the very bottom of my mod list and another four that are listed here are at the top.
Both the original Scavanger Armors and the 'Scavenger Armor Esp' on this mod have CALIBR as their masters, which only made sense to the original mod since it added weapons that used resources from CALIBR
Since the goal of this mod is to add only armor/clothing items to the game, I'd like to suggest an approach akin to Scavanger Armors Lite: Remove SShop.esm from the equation Replace SShopItems.esp with an CALIBR-free version and NPC integration

Above on the list I have several NPC mods. Can they interfere with the correct operation of Modern?
- NPC Overhaul
- Gentlemans
- Ladies Hair
- Ladies & Gentlemans Patch

Also I must ask: Will there be a TTW version?
If not, is there a program to convert the esp to make it compatible with FNV?
