I've fixed Roy killing everyone without breaking Tenpenny Tower quest. I've also added a neutral karma check, and removed the sound effect when he uses a Stealthboy.
I scrapped the idea of Charon guarding the suites, as it seemed outside the scope of this mod and would need patching for other mods. I may do something later as a separate mod.
