What this does:
After completing the quest "Tenpenny Tower" and siding with Roy Phillips, Roy can be hired as a permanent companion. Once Roy is settled in his new home, you'll find him on his daily routine around the tower.
As well as making Roy hireable, this mod is integrated with "Tenpenny Tower True Peace", by kotekzot. This will stop Roy from killing the remaining original residents of the tower.
Roy has the following features:
Reworked Roy's packages around Tenpenny Tower, so he'll eat, sleep and drink at the bar (hire him before 9pm! )
Roy will return to his daily routine when fired.
Prepares Roy for companion status at first hire:
Raises his base health to 190. Swaps his basic Leather Armor for a companion grade version. Swaps his Chinese Assault Rifle for a companion grade version. Gives him a Lead Pipe as a melee option. Sets Essential flag (console code "SetEssential 1d7b0 0" to uncheck).
