   i have the upto date version of of UUFO3P and there is still the missing railing and this mod hasn't fixed it nor has the other mod doing the same so those claiming it gets fixed might get it working might not

   This has already been fixed and has been included in the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.

      Yes, but UUF3P (v3.2) and mintygang's fix were also a bit buggy (check comparison picture in mod's media).
      I've already contacted with hairylegs222 and he'll add my fix in the upcoming version of UUF3P. Description has been updated.
