Playing with the eminent Raider Nightmare on a rather modded game I noticed that some of the locations in-game had changed names to another language, my guess was Spanish or Portuguese... The locations were most commonly Raider inhabited cells, and thus several of the Metro stations.
I loaded the mod with X-Edit and restored all the original strings/vanilla English labels to each affected location. This .esp plug-in only, done by kind permission of the talented author AmaccurerO, requires his original mod installed first prior to overwriting with this "English re-translated version". (Original mod here, don't forget to endorse quality content you enjoy -> https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/22898).
Manual Install; Install the original mod. Download this archive and open it, and the DATA-folder within. Drag the .esp-file to your FO3/Data folder and confirm overwriting. Verify the load order with LOOT/your manager of choice.
