In the vanilla game, there's a visibility bug relating to a bloodstain present in Allistair Tenpenny's bathtub, that should only be visible / present (along with his dead body) after the ghouls move in and 'off' Tenpenny. In the vanilla game it's visible even before the quest to allow ghouls into Tenpenny Tower is taken. You might want to check for this / add this to your list of fixes if you've not already done so. Either way,, good effort. Will d/l and check it out.

Fix added in Update 2.5.1, thank you for pointing it :*** I've also contacted with hairylegs222 and he'll add this fix in the upcoming version of UUF3P.
It is better be loaded after UUF3P. Actually, I've never test it for UUF3P's compatibility, but as I see in FO3Edit, there's could be minor conflicts with it (like missing 'clothing on' sound for armors or NPCs' inventory). But you are free to give it a try. If you'll find some vital bugs (like broken vendors or something like that) just give me a shout about that.
Will do. I'm about to do Tenpenny Tower quests and, since I've noticed your mod the other day, I thought I might give it a try. I'll report back in case I find anything weird going on.
I don't know why, BUT I've installed this mod once and noticed that the splash screen FO music played in my game not the normal game music. ????? Probably something else but unchecked some recent mods in Vortex anyway. No problems. Enabled just TTT again sometime later and same problem. Maybe I need to make a burnt offering to the mod gods. Going to leave the rest of my mods as is. Conflict? Don't have any other Tenpenny mods. Just an observation.
This is a common problem with F3, just turn your Pip-Boy radio on and off, and music will gone. My mod isn't changing any vital parameters, only NPCs/static objects changings.
This is an excellent mod. You made a lot of really subtle changes that add to the immersion and depth of Tenpenny Towers without introducing any OP elements. I will be using this in my next modded game. Thanks for the hard work. P.S. Endorsed.
