    Given a lack of merchants in Canterbury, the supposed traders hub, I'd request an optional file to have him go to Canterbury Diner, if poss.

    Does this mod affect the raiders by any means (then possibly problems with MMM, SV raiders redone)?

      So, for Compatibility, I won't say it was a huge consideration. That being said, I will list out what it does and leave that to be judged.

      Where does Lex Live?
      He uses Mister Burke's house since that was previously unused by the actual owning NPC. Also, felt weird to me that he would have a house in Megaton, when he never visits it and just stays in the saloon. Not going to go into any more details about him, because spoilers. So, I repurposed the house. So that is a trade off. Instead of having to worry about putting a house overtop of a house from a Megaton Expansion mod, we do edit a vanilla cell - which can be less desired? Depending

      What does Lex do with his time?
      Lex spends his evenings 17x2 in the saloon sandboxing. He then spends 19x3 (evening) sandboxing in his house (see above) and then sleeps from 10x8. And then sandboxes in the megaton world space for 8x9

      Does this mod affect raiders?
      This mod does not change any existing raiders. I cloned a raider form id, and then used that to create my raider boss and dropped him into the school.

      What changed in the school?
      The cage (seen in the screenshots) now has a working door, instead of a static door set to the side. 

      As far as actually compatible with the megaton mods, I have not tested them explicitly, I don't think it would terribly conflict? but this can be easily tested :) 

      Where is Lex's container?
      It is in the container cell, where other vendor containers are located.

      Thx. for the extensive reply.

      Then this probably makes trouble with UOF3 patch which does restore cut-content about MR. Burke.

      • Restored Mr. Burke fully into the game(Screens). There's dialogue Burke says either before, during, or after the
        Tenpenny Tower quest and the You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head quest. Burke's house was pointlessly sitting in Megaton never being used by him. Burke sat in a chair at Moriartys all day long and never gets up. He's disabled from the game for no reasons. Everything that was cut fits into the game perfectly which are the following:

      • Burke will only disappear/be disabled from game if you charm him and not blow up megaton
      • You're able to initiate conversations with Burke at appropriate times including before and after quests
      • Burke is a resident of Megaton with a daily routine
      • Burke's house can be unlocked with his house key
      • Burke's house key is in his inventory

      Wouldn't it also conflict with Advanced Recon Thermal Nightvision, which adds some stuff into Mr. Burke's house?

      Prime examples of UUF3P for some time no longer just fixing things but changing them to their liking - which would be ok except for affecting and potentially screwing things in other mods. Everything which isn't a necessary bugfix should get put in goodies but too often UUF3P doesn't do that. My sad advice is don't update to newer UUF3P versions unless there's something you can't live without.

    Great mod, love that Megaton has a new vendor, even better that you use Mr. Burke's useless house since he gets disabled after the bomb quest. I think the voice acting is great, you really captured the essence of the game, only the mic could be better.

    He always give me a supply of ammo after leaving conversation. It is a nice touch, but could this be updated to be a daily thing so people don't spam this feature?

      It is good to see you as well my old friend! That is the intent. Can't wait to see what wonders I can mod there. Not sure about starfield, but I am sure I will try it out. From their trailer, I spotted a creation kit/geck/construction set like tool soooo, sounds like there are opportunities there. But lets be real, I'm here for fo5 or TES VI.
