   Added an English Translation as optional file courtesy of pixelhate. Install first main file and then install optional file.

      I make mods for FO3 and NV, but I do not make TTW versions.  However, some of my mods have TTW versions created by other users.

   Early 2023, and this mod would be really cool addition to immersion and will answer question - where are all the screens in Fallout Universe aside from terminals? 
   Should you try this mod in 2023? Yes, if you want to "lore-friendly" improve immersion in game.
