This mod retextures some of FALLOUT 3's terrain and grass in attempt to create a more DEAD and DRY wasteland landscape for FALLOUT3 while still being immersive and lore friendly.

CRACKED WASTELAND
The mod is pretty simple; I wanted a more post-apocalyptic and dead looking terrain. But unfortunately I couldn't find what I was looking for on the nexus. So I mixed and matched, altered some of the textures in my vision, and this was the result. I removed some grass by making the textures invisible and made sure all the remaining grass fit my vision in making the landscape more dry. I also made the radiation pools or muck green and glowing, and made sure it didn't feel out of place. I wanted the colour platelet to still resemble the vanilla to keep the vanilla feel and because I didn't want the LOD to look weird in the distance compared to the landscape in front of the player. I'm happy with the current look but I'm also open to suggestions, criticism and ideas.
