You would think that all the default music in all the Fallouts is Public Domain by now, therefore it shouldn't be possible to get a copyright strike from having any of it play. There are actual YouTube channels dedicated to playing this very music, so again, a strike doesn't make sense.
Well I think most people including myself would want the ambient music? It's only the radio music and maybe some other stuff that would get copyright flagged. Besides this is for content creators, not people who just want to play the game normally
This is a godsend. I'm doing a freeman's mind-style machinima for FO3 and I have to run the game at half speed to get the motion blur effect I want, except the radio doesn't slow for some reason, so you just hear a high pitched squeaking when I run the audio back up at normal speed. I almost did this myself but the task was just too daunting on top of everything else. In short, thank you so much, lol
Now if only there was a mod to make the banter between the music run at half speed!
