For anyone having trouble installing this take out the FWE.esp from the main download and delete it then add the edited mod to Vortex after a *manual* download not a mod manager download. Isn't FWE horribly out of date now anyway? Also giving a player all that free stuff like a place to sleep, no charge makes paying for the Weatherley pointless and with a ton of free food, meds and ammo in boxes it's a bit much. Nice mod though I just had to disable all the unbalanced gifting things. There may be navmesh issues also on the City's extendable bridge nearby, but I'm not a modder and not 100% certain it's this mod or one of the others I have loaded for Rivet City. If anyone else experiences that issue using this mod you may want to leave a comment however.
Check the esps and delete the unecessary FWE.esp from the mod befor installing it with vortex that might help, not sure. No idea why post 2020 anyone is still packaging FWE esps with normal esps in the same zip file and not making them separate downloads considering everyone uses mod managers now.
Only ENB Boost mix with SweetFX my preset. However I have heavily modified Fellout. SweetFX preset is simple and optimized as much as I could for my taste and Fellout is redone to add more natural color and ... I have changed even dusk\day\dawn colors. Even with only ENB boost and fellout, more modified, is possible to get very good results. Saturation and vibrance are key. Try changing it in SwetFX and DISABLE SweetFX HDR, use game settings. If you wish pm me, I may have time to explain how to mod Fellout in GECK. It's not hard, just require lot thinkering.
Very nice mod and idea. Belu5 has not been around since 2013 it seems. I will try to PM him. I am u8sing this mod for my mods in and around RC. I am laying a little low atm - RL matters - but will be back wit my son eventually - to release my mod again :) Regards fredlaus
Thank you for explanation. The only master file for RCOS.esm and RCOSesp.esp is base Fallout 3 esm. No need for FWE or Calibr. There is an optional esp(RCOSFWE.esp) for those who use FWE, like me.
Hey my friend, I ran into the same problem when trying to install this mod using vortex. What you need to do is install the file manually with winrar or 7 zip, extract the file to your desktop, and drag only the RCOS esp and RCOS esm into your Fallout 3 data folder. Ignore the other files unless you are using the respective mods (FWE or Caliber).
