Mancers Talon Armor is a great resource that's been around ten years with no esp to actually put the stuff in the game, its a really nice retexture of Dragonskin armour and some matching headgear. 

All the meshes and textures are set up correctly so I just added everything to Talon leveled lists. They will now spawn in either their old combat armor or the new outfit and have a good chance of also having a backpack. Possible headgear is the old black helmet, desert version, helmet with balaclava, and Talon cap. Pretty sweet little overhaul that gives Talon a unique look. You can use the Dragonskin Tactical Outfit without conflicts.

Install is very simple but I recommend you delete everything from the archive except meshes and textures, then stick my esp in there. Vortex botched the install before I did that.
