If someone is confused (maybe, maybe not): "UUF3P - FO3 RWL GOTY Patch Replacer" is not a replacer for "UUF3P - FO3 RWL GOTY Patch", but it is a replacer for the original "FO3 RWL GOTY.esp" from Fallout 3 Realistic Wasteland Lighting.
Some mods will reintroduce old bugs fixed by UUF3P. Some of those bugs are so rare or slight you may never notice them if you are lucky. These patches/"scrubbed" esm/esp files being old mods into compliance with current UUF3P standards.
As far as not noticing: I remember my first FO3 playthrough in 2009 as being smooth and bug free, but the problems were always there.

ive been using RWL and i never noticed any problems.
