Sadly a total blooming waste of time. Firstly, it is the Chinese sub itself and if you adopt it you cannot complete the quest. And while that might be an acceptable compromise for some, inside you cannot fix the radiation. And critically, if you don't blow it up but then do as I did and leave the sub where it is for now without travelling anywhere yet, you are suddenly underwater and there is no hatch to re-enter!! Uninstalled.
Sub-marines? Such infernal devices will never catch on you know. No sails. And how do you hold your breath long enough to get anywhere? And even if you had the lungs of a beautiful pearl diver, how would find your way around down there - ask Mr Octopus if he knows the way?

The radiation leaks make it so you can ** NOT ** really use this ...
Right now this is, sadly worthless .... as the RADIATION is more than just problematic.
