Out of most of the Fallout 3 mods I have used the last 6 years I find AmaccurzerO's mods just the coolest, neatest mods I have seen on NexusMods, for any game. I really enjoy these, can't wait to try this out myself.
FYI, this works amazing with the Teaser Trailer Ruin mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/5559?tab=description) and fits it a lot more given the location and nature. I tried making a compatibility patch but creating an esp out of it seems to fail me but here's a quick way I did it instead that works perfectly.
Load this mod and the teaser trailer mod in xedit. Find ''TV02'' placed object located in teaser trailers file structure within Worldspace and delete it. Then locate the placed object within Worldspace file structure from this mod called ''TTVxTrailerTVA ''TV set'', click it and scroll down and type in the following coordinates under DATA -> Position/Rotation
Position X: 6293.422363 Y: -9964.625000 Z: 12448.906250
Rotation X: 0.0000 Y: 0.0000 Z: 108.8622
Exit xedit and save the changed esps. Enjoy this wonderful interactive tv with the teaser trailer mod :) Hopefully someone manages to make a compatibility esp someday in case this is too complicated
