Aimed Shot
Requirements: Level 10, Perception 8, Sneak 50
Ranks: 1
"Aiming is a lot more easier, when no one is shooting at you, who would've known! When out of combat, you are 50% more accurate in VATS."
Drunken Master
Requirements: Level 10, Unarmed 50
Ranks: 1
"You fight better when you are drunk. You deal 5 more damage with unarmed weapons while under the influence of alcohol."
Ghoul Hater
Requirements: Level 10
Ranks: 1
"You hate Ghouls and they hate you. You deal 50 % more damage to all ghouls but they have 50 % increased chance to critically hit you."
Improved PA Training
Requirements: Power Armor Training
Ranks: 1
"You have used Power armor so much it has become like a second skin. When equipped, Power Armor weighs nothing."
Lone Wanderer
Requirements: Level 2
Ranks: 1
"Who needs friends anyway? When adventuring without a companion, you gain +5 damage resistance and carry weight increases by 25.
(cannot use with People Person)"
Looter's Adrenaline
Requirements: Level 10, Barter 50
Ranks: 1
"You are obsessed with loot, even if your life is in danger. Your carry weight is doubled during combat."
People Person
Requirements: Level 2
Ranks: 1
"Being around people gives you energy.When adventuring with a companion, your Action Points are increased by 10 and you gain increased Action Point regeneration. (cannot use with Lone Wanderer)"
Powered Strikes
Requirements: Power Armor Training
Ranks: 3
"With each rank of the Powered Strikes perk, you deal 10% more damage with melee and unarmed weapons While wearing Power Armor."
Regular Maintenance
Requirements: Level 16, Repair 75
Ranks: 1
"Take good care of your weapons and they take good care of you. When weapon condition is at 90% or higher, your critical hit change and critical hit damage are increased by 20%"
Rusty Edge
Requirements: Level 16, Melee Weapons 75
Ranks 1
"Bladed weapons deal up to 25% extra damage when damaged. Starting at +5% damage at 30% condition, increasing by 5% for every 5% condition lost."
Stranger of the Zone
Requirements: Level 4, Endurance 4
Ranks: 1
"People say vodka doesn't really cure radiation. That doesn't stop you from believing it though. Drinking vodka now cures radiation over time."
Vanilla Perk Tweaks - Optional File
Requires FOSE
Daddy's Boy / Girl
Hacking is 10% easier and chems have 10% longer duration per rank.
Gun Nut
Small guns have 10% less spread per rank.
Little Leaguer
10% more damage with bats, nail boards and grenades per rank.
Scoundrel
10% discount at traders and more XP from successfull speech checks per rank.
Size Matters
10% more damage and 10% less spread with Big Guns per rank.
Thief
Increased pickpocket chance and more XP form picked locks per rank.
-- NOTE --
If you have a mod that modifies XP rewards for lockpicking and/or speech checks,
taking Scoundrel or Thief will probably overwrite the modified values.
