First, thank you for this mod, finished the game with Hardcore Mod and it was great. I messed up the order with LOOT, the app sorted this Bottle Filler above the Hardcore Mode DLC files. In this case I can't fill Aqua Pura from Tidal basin. Then I realised this and put this after the Hardcore Mode DLC files, now Aqua Pura is lethal. I can fill the bottles but it's the modified FEV version of Aqua Pura. The mod or the order messed up my purified water. Can you look into it?
Edit: I managed to add the FEV effect to the "Actor Effects" (Effect #4) and to "Ingestible" (Aqua Pura). I'm not a pro, and maybe it will backfire later, but seems to work now.
I'm guessing you're talking about FO3 Hardcore Mode .. <sigh> .. yup .. i missed a condition .. looks like i missed that same condition in all the versions. Good timing, the Vicious Wastes version needs an update .. so i can do that and correct that missed condition too. It may be a day or two after i get some sleep, but it will get done.

Tidal Basin Water Actor Effect .. the condition is missing from Effect #4 .. DLC03FEVWaterEffect "FEV Water Effect" [MGEF:0300B82A] .. .. the .. GetStageDone .. condition ,which should appear before the .. IsSneaking .. condition
in FO3Edit you should be able to copy each missing condition over from the original record without mucking anything up.

The three current versions of this mod will -not- play nice with FWE.
FWE has it's own needs system and bottle filler built in .. namely RI Primary Needs ... so I haven't built a version for it.
