If you've played New Vegas in Hardcore with VUI+ and its plugin, you'll have noticed a useful feature, where in the Aid tab, FOD and H2O are displayed. This is that, but in Fallout 3 with Vicious Wastes. That's all it does. Kudos to Axonis for coming up with that.
