   Does this mod modify a world cell MegatonEntrance?
   Somehow, ANY modifications of this cell for many players lead to the fact that the player's companions cannot leave the city through the gate.

      Could be anything, but note some companions have trouble with Megaton or Oasis - usually catch up later or the next cell you enter.
