There is a mod called Intro Bus and Dupont Alignment. To get the scene perfect, he needed to realign Dupont Circle so that the bus location would be in the right place but also so that the Washington Monument was visible.
Did you know there used to be a mod out there called DC intro, or something like that. (the file was called busworld iirc) I don't know if they used the stuff in here, but its purpose was to put the intro stuff into the game...
