Insta download for me, its lovely seeing new and lore friendly stuff that should have been in the game from the start. Been playing Fallout 3 since its release and never gets old, thank god the modders!

I never even noticed this. Got it, thanks.

There's one unnecessary record in this mod. The GECK likes to throw in extra stuff, so watch for it.

It's too bad you couldn't add LOD for this mod. It kind of just pops into view when getting close otherwise.

Either way, thanks for making it.

LOD stands for level of detail. Either terrain meshes, textures... or both (objects.) If you look off in the distance you will see an object. Instead of walking up to a certain point and have it pop into view. It's for immersion purposes mainly. To give the terrain environment a more realistic feel. You could check out the FO3LOD mod for clarification. I'm pretty sure that statue already has lod's for it, contained in the master file. You just have to direct your mod to them. I think. ^^

I don't mean to pressure you. The mod is fine without it. I just notice these type of things, since becoming aware of them. Kind of like you with your floating trucks.

Fallouteers & Elderscrollers call them LODs, which is incorrect because though it stands for Level of Detail that is the distance at which these things replace the full model, not the things themselves. And what are these "things"? Well, in every game I've played before Bethesda ones they're called "sprites". Some games do this more graduated with various smaller meshes that kick in at certain distances, and then turn to sprites farther away. For example, Medieval 2 Total War does this.
