   can anyone give me the info on how to take photos and turn them into the textures for mods?  do i need nifscope? blender? something else?  it is for a few companion mods i have in mind.  some direction to try will be infinitely helpful  thank you

   It's so great to have a mannequin race follower in FO3, More Character please! Even better with custom voice and quest.

   It does require another mod and that mod requires 2 more mods. Why not make the mod completed, with all the requirements, before putting it out there for download ?
   Prime example is llamaRCA's Willow follower mod, needs 0 requirements.

      So don't download it. He can put as many requirements as he sees fit. It's his mod.

      Because that's not how this works. You need permission before you can include other people's mods in your own.

      I would also like some info a new voiced companion sounds cool but I want to know more.

      I mean "Voiced Companion" can mean two things, one the companion could use original voice dialogues from the game or two they are using custom voices. still it doesn't hurt to have some information on what's what.
