Awesome mod. Now I have no temptation to use VATS (for the people thinking this isn't needed). Makes the game 10X harder with FWE and tons of other combat overhauls. Endorsed!
A little late to the party, but if you ever see this, thanks for creating this. I totally did away with VATS and have DKBulletTime and I couldn't be happier with it.
Nice! This is something what my Duke Nukem Fallever project Needs! VATS sure do ruin the gameplay for the game. We need a great game, not a FPS simulator with a AutoAim lol.

Well just remember, this isnt a straight fps. And you should remember that this came from a game series that was turn based. Don't cry about it. Or just dont hit the button .
This mod is great because I simply hate vats. To each there own and if they like vats good for them! I would appreciate a rating based on the performance of the mod according to what is claims to do and not based on "feelings". Because someone doesn't like a mod that does not mean the mod does not do what it says and performs in the said paramaters. FO3 is an adult game and ratings should be placed by acting, bahaving adults.
