I'm wondering if there's a way to put a slave collar around her neck, it would make sense realistically and idk what's stopping her from revolting from a realistic standpoint without the threat of her head blowing off if she were to act on her own will.
You could add a slave collar to her inventory using either FO3Edit or the FO3 G.E.C.K. Personally, I would use the second option. You could also add one to her inventory after you find her, but that is sort of "immersion breaking".
It's actually really easy to change her race and face to any of the other default raiders. In fact, I load like five different copies of this mod, each one with a different raider, to have my little raider chick team. There's probably an easier way to do it by putting them all into one mod, but I had no idea how to. Changing Angel's physical appearance, though, is dead easy to do, even if you don't know how to use the Construction Set much!

"Good Morning? What the hell is wrong with you?" - aaand she left me (removed the collar, might have been a mistake, yes I know). But why. Because of karma -445 @lvl 16? Her alignment is "Evil" which should work well with mine I think. Or do I have the tendency to slip to the "Very Evil" karma. Oorrrrr, because I just recently did something good (rewarding good karma) since there is an unused raider dialogue which sounds like this:
[Two raiders having a conversation] "What a good morning!" "Good morning? What the hell is wrong with you?!" = I interprete this as stop being nice, idiot.
Unfortunately, http://fallout.gamepedia.com/Dubois'_dialogue_(Fallout_3) does not contain dialogue notes regarding this option.
Her current disposition towards me is 50 btw. And the slave collar is removed.
I guess I will load my last save and enslave those "Little Lamplight" brats instead of saving three of them from Paradise Falls in order to know for sure.
