Great mod, man. I'm doing a run with Alexscorpian's PDA, and I knew Tranquility Lane would have been a pain in the butt. Plus I've played the game 1000 times and didn't mind skipping the silly simulation.
However, there were two drawbacks. One, it did change my character's face to the "old adult" category, for which I used the console command "player.agerace -1" to return him to adult. Two, it returned my pipboy glove, for which I used the console command "player.removeitem 00025b83 1". Now I'm all back to normal! Beats trying to get the PDA mod working right again after Tranquility messes it up.
Again, awesome mod, will endorse. For any players in the future experiencing similar problems, try the above fixes.
Doesn't work for me either. The terminal the gets you into the Overseer's office requires a key. If I "tcl" my way into the office, I find no terminal in any case. Good idea though; perhaps with a bit more tweaking ....?
Ah ha! It worked! The overseer's office states that it requires a key only if you activate it before entering what is labelled the "garage" area (not the garage above; this one is accessed from the room with the loungers). Once you hack the computer leading to the "garage" (really just a room with a lot of equipment), you can go to the computer outside the Overseer's office and hack his PC. (Braun's own lounger is there, BTW) From the Overseer's computer you can eject James from his lounger. Problem solved. It is really heartening to see "Dad" after knocking your head against the wall trying to get through this problem. Thanks, and kudos.
Hey All! cowfez identified an oversight in the mod; upon using the new option on the Overseer's terminal, all currently inventory is lost. I've identified what I believe to be the issue, and will be uploading an update resolving this as soon as possible. I apologize for the mistake, and thank you for your patience.
Updated the mod to 1.1 to handle this issue; the unequip sound plays when activating the option, in the Overseer's terminal, but you should be good to go.
