I do agree pre-war money would be more immersive, but pre-war money come in stacks. These machines work with loose dollar bills or coins. Maybe a mod that turn caps into coins will help with the immersion. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An optional version in which vending machines use prewar money has been added.
If anyone needs or wants to make edits to the names from Spanish to English, depending on your mod utility (I use Mod Organizer 1 and 2) install either FO3Edit or the regular updated version of xEdit (my preference is using FO3Edit which works better for this game than FO4Edit does IMHO).
Load this mod or ANY of AmaccurzerO's mods that use an ESP into FO3Edit and open the tree on the left side pane. Now all you NEED to do is edit in the Cell and Worldspace categories - just go LINE BY LINE slowly and check the Right Pane for any Spanish entries. You can see it in your LEFT PANE window as well. Now just take the proper English name from the Fallout 3 ESM associated with his mods and gradually change the entries from Spanish to English.
It does not take that long but it is nice if you're English speaking and or reading to see the English entries in there. No offense to Spanish speakers or readers, I can read both but prefer English as it takes you out of the immersive depth of AmaccurzerO's mods to see random names in Spanish if you're not ready for it. This same thing happens in Skyrim occasionally and I swear to god they even had Esperanto in there once too. Now that is freaky especially if you cannot read or speak Esperanto. When you're finished click the X in the upper right corner and it brings up the Save window, just save the changes for this mod and highlighted mods do not back up your regular plugins, keep that unchecked.
You can also use either Merge Plugins or the Merge Plugins Script in FO3Edit/xEdit to merge all of his mods together safely. If anyone is curious, shoot me a PM/DM and I'll explain.
Search the term "Esperanto" either in Google or Wikipedia to see what I mean about the language. Just a funny side note Esperanto was used as the "official" language in the movie Blade 3: Trinity.
Hello ! Is it possible yo make an version without needing to " buy " drinks ? I can loot the machines with loot menu mod and get the text to buy after i move the camera away from the vending machine. Nonetheless, great mod ! :)
Are they infinite? If so, this is a problem. It would ruin the purpose of having to find quantums for Sierra. Nullifying the rarity of making quantum grenades. Also making the Quantum Chemist perk useless. Please make a non exploitive version. The New Vegas one doesn't seem to be exploitive since food is plentiful in the Mojave.

One issue (for me) though is that the 'interact' prompt is in Spanish... I think?
