   I had an idea of making them replace some perks in base FNV so you to find them instead of leveling up. too bad there's no Double Tap

   Good job on the mod. I made a NZ perka cola mod back in 2013-2014 and uploaded it to the site. I was a little bit dumber back then with mod making. Nice job on the mod!
