The idea is nice and the rooms are well-done, but:
Changing other stuff (cells) without attending in the description what else is changed why is a absolute No-go for me. Just a simple view in Fo3edit reveals what i mean...
Can you relocate the hatch, and maybe select a more worn-looking texture for it? It's doesn't look 200 years old, and it's current position is way too exposed, everyone could have found it. The same thing goes for the Canterbury entrance, maybe camouflage it with some flora or move it deeper into the rock, in a circular fashion.
Also, consider populating the Springvale shelter with some bodies and Raiders (suggesting people lived there but Raiders killed them and took over the shelter).
And maybe put a couple of scavenger traders in the Canterbury shelter (suggesting a married couple, or something like that, who use the shelter as their home). Hell, something interesting would be to make some sort of dialogue, making possible the acquisition of the shelter from the scavengers. Maybe they want to leave for the West Coast or something like that and they need provisions, or caps to buy them.
I'm kinda sick of simply downloading a home, and having it served on a silver (if not gold) platter.
I have just added this to my install and it produces a very nice [and believeable] fallout shelter/home beneath a ruined house, I will be keeping it as I like it a lot. The thing is though that while I have installed the whole package [meshes/ texs etc] none of the "extra" stuff is showing up [at least at the Springvale one]i.e. instead of a Red Radiation suit I have a standard one, the water filter is just a regular Coffee Machine and cannot be Interacted with and there is no sign at all of the anti rad shower stall thing.....its as if the plugin cannot "find" the extra meshes/texs etc....the structure seems to put them in the Meshes and Textures root folders directly [no sub-folders] when they install, is this as intended? Forgive me if I'm just being Dumb and the Springvale shelter is just more basic than the other one but I rather suspect that something is amiss....Even so, as I say, I love this little fallout shelter and its excellently designed, minimalist looking and very fitting, exactly like a 50s style Bombshelter in someone long dead's basement should be.. [Guess thats him near the entry, huh?]. At first I thought that it was happening because I have retextured some stuff [like the Coffee Machines] but since I have also retexed the workbenches and the one in the Shelter looks different than "mine" but still works fine, I'm at a loss.......[the "regular" coffee machine I'm getting looks like the RETEXed ones I see all over the Gameworld ,by the way].
Hello, I download it and i really like it... even though there are some issues with the house, the most important being the missing pathgrids. is there any fix scheduled for the near future? now a big question: what is wrong with the doors? there are about... 3 or four locked doors that are totally inaccessible... is there a key i need to find or something i need to activate? also a buttler bot would come in handy if not some merchant(s), medic, some one who repair my stuff. a sorter! oh yes, with that ammount of real estate is a real pain to sort everything maybe via a terminal?

The Springvale Bomb Shelter Fast Travel link is really unnecessary since you are literally within spitting distance of the actual Springvale link.
