    Nice mod. But, the style of clothing a little spoils the atmosphere of Fallout 3. This applies to the mask. Mod removed. I hope that the mod will appeal to someone.

      so what's more likely to happen at this point is i'm going to rework the textures and also make some new ones and compile it into its own separate mod. haven't been modding fallout 3 in a little while but i'm now going back over some things again and releasing stuff I was working on previously.

    I remember searching for a low-key, immersive expansion of Talon gear way, way back. I also remember giving up, because they were either too large in scope for their own good or otherwise buggy. However, your version looks just right so far!

    Edit, had a quick look at the ESP; it contains one ITM, so you may want to remove that. Here's the report:

      I honestly have no clue what that even means tbh, I didn't do anything weird with the scripts just added armor objects

      No sweat, the GECK tends to make odd edits here and there. When you open your ESP in xEdit and expand the FormID List section, you will find one green entry called ArmorAntagonistList. That one's identical to the original entry in the Fallout3.esm and thus can (and should) be removed.

      Took a trip to Fort Bannister to see this mod in action. Current verdict: As you've mentioned yourself, there was a bit of clipping in the forehead department of some NPCs (though I use non-vanilla head meshes, so they might have been at fault). Also, I think that the various new items could do with inventory icons, even if just dummy ones. Other than that, though, I like where this is going. Endorsed. :)

      It's a bit of an issue inherent with the game engine itself, Bethesda worked around it by making their hats comically big so that huge heads would still fit. Compare the default confederate hat mesh to the size adjusted one in the mod and you'll see what I mean. I think what I'll do is just make minor adjustments to the talon mercs who do have big heads, just enough so that they don't clip with anything.

    First time I've seen someone use Flora Overhaul with the vanilla grass. Looks pretty good actually. ^^

      It actually happened that way on accident but it turned out to look good most of the time with few areas looking unrealistic or weird, so i just kept it.
