Description

This mod changes the requirements for Concentrated Fire and Ninja perks.
Old Concentrated fire:
60 small guns
AND
60 energy weapons
New Concentrate Fire:
60 small guns
OR
60 energy weapons
Old Ninja:
80 Sneak
AND
80 melee weapons
New Ninja:
80 Sneak
AND
80 Melee weapons
OR
80 Unarmed
I was irritated that the ninja perk effected unarmed attacks but needed a high melee skill to use.
This perk also adds the following weapons into the Pyromaniac perk:
Burnmaster
Zhu-Rong v418 Chinese Pistol
NukaGrenade (previously uneffected by any perk, and it's a firebomb, so it fits better here that the Demolition perk)

Just drop the .esp in your data folder, just like almost every other mod.

Will conflict with any mod tha changes the above perks.
