Adds a logo to the rangers helmet that has an optional version if you use or prefer the born agains combat armor textures.

- strongly recommend BornAgains Combat armor textures if you are planing to use the BornAgain version, otherwise the textures between the helmet and the armor will look mismatched. if you are using vanilla version ignore this.
Installation And Other Tips

just drag the desired version (Vanilla or BornAgains) into your mod loader.
- Manual Installation
Drag the data folder from your desired version to your main Fallout directory and replace files if asked to.
