Fallout-3 Weapons&Armor Overhaul "Enhanced Combat v1.0"

Nutshell: This is an "esp" drop-in that does mostly minor changes to some weapons, armor and cloth to fix lots of little problems. ***********************************************************************************************
The Fallout 3 game was and is one of my all timed favorites, but it did lots of stupid things, like BB-guns more powerfull than China's 10mm pistols, UN-Powered Power Armor and other crazy stuff, but I realy like the basic vanilla Fo3 feal, so I Gecked it to fix most of them, Now all Power Armor is powered, assault rifles are now rifles and accurate, and the gause rifle is now as long ranged as the sniper rifle, the minie-guns and laser rifle was uprated in power to be usefull and a beleivable replacement for assault rifles, but mosr where only minor upgrades to range and accuracy to make rifles longer range than a pistols!
All rifles have range modications with all assault rifles do 11pts per hit, with China's ROF=4 but US has better acc/range.
All lasers and plasma guns fire at about pistol Rof because they are all semi-autos.
32cal revolvers are now accurate, with 32cal snub-nose hase range reduction. (all do about same dmg)
Lever rifle 0f 10mm now do only about 18-19pts damage but have significant ROF increase and 15rnd mag like the originals.
Hunting Rifles now 5.56mm and 20/25pts damage and unfortunatly a slower ROF, but not much.
Laser rifles now do 30/30pts damage and have simular range to hunting rifle, little better long rng.
US-China's 10mm pistols both do 9/9pts dammage inc. silenced, but China's has longer Extr-range.
Shot-Guns where preaty good, only change was ROF=1 for Point-lookouts bouble berrals and sawed off reload time.
Hvy-wpns where upgraged to do simmular damage to assault rifles with laser also improved.
Power armors are now Better Armored, but not terribly so, also all have minor improvements.
Combat and recon armors inc. Stealth suit have +5 sm-guns like the security armors and jump suits!
Raider armors are now useful and have a diverse minor skill set attached.
Kids chothes and some others have minor skills like the basic cloths do in FO-3, not overpowefull.+ some times found and sold in B or C.
Other minor armor and weapons changes do exist, but are minor in my opinion, but are usefull.
Monsers: Albino-Scorions, Super-Mutans Overlord, Reavers and some swamp folk now only 350-600hps
Ammo: Most ammo except 32cal, 5mm, 308 and electron packs are 1cr more expensive for more emersive gameplay.

Enhanced dammage location hits may seam like cheats, but it actualy make the game combat much better, weapons now act like they are weapons, but I geared the game for players because most NPC's and monsters shoot first, and it makes it too unfun.
Dammage Local version ESP's now male headx4 vrs x2, cheastx2.5 legx1.5 for most humans and
player x3 head, x1.d leg and x2 chest with other creatures having lesser or more stats.

What's New: Somewhat lore freindly with Fallout 1&2 weapons list.
32ca and 44magl Lever Action Rifles, 5mm and 308 Hunting Rifles, 5.56mm Sniper Rifles and a 10mm Assault Pistol in "B" and "C" esp's.
Increased most weapons and some armors durabillities for better game play.
Modifications to Power Armors, Basic Armors and Cloths.
(1) Mini-Guns now do 10/7dmg,
(2) Most Rifles have range increases and most weapons "HP's" increased.
(3) Medic Power Armor now has same stats as basic Power Armor.
(4) Weapons cost much more as they should have.
(*) Dammage Local version now makes head,chest and leg hits do more dammage (inc player!)

Instalation: Drop in "esp" and activate, load low is recomended, but load you favorites after mine.(load Millinal mods after Alton and mine or it won't retexure properly.)
Incompatibilities: Only found by me are Weapons mod kits.( They will revert back to original stats!)
ps. Remove your scoped revolver mesh if weapon looks like swiss chease.(fixes Altons too)

Recomends: No-auto aim, Vats_Normal_Waepons_Degradation, weapons don't degrade or Slower_Degredation-70, also Fallout Street Lights 2-806+Patches(STR-LTS addendum), Metro Carriage Interiors, DC-Interiors_Combo Edition, Who Neads PA Training, Robco-certified-fin, perk and trait mod & Fellout+DLC Support-2672 with some Night vision mod works very well for a much better game overhaul that doesn't make major changes to Fallot-3.

Retex: NMC Light or Performance packs if not using the 3 or 4 GBts patcher and Animated Traffic Lights, Visitant's Protectron Overhaul or D7's many robot and items overhauls, Retro Radscorpions, Sinister_Deathclaw_Redone-300 and try some weapons and clutter mods as well.

Conflicts: Weapons mod kits change equipment back to original stats, and "child mods kept Amata adult with no capability to give you the 10mm pistol except at the beginning because I failed to make starting weapon 32cal revolver for better game play.(Load above Quickstart to fix this.)

Credits: Bethesda. ofcours, and to the many Modders works that required me to make my mod to reduce the "esp's and ESM's that bogged down my computer with too many mods that I wanted to keep on my PC.
