Simply makes Allistair Tenpenny's dialogue for the cut Tenpenny Tower Radio actually sound like they're coming out of a RADIO and not like he's standing in front of you... or behind you...
Requirements: DarkanX's wonderfully done Tenpenny Tower Radio mod, which restores the unused Tenpenny Tower Radio into the game, with some great Bossa Nova music!
