skills or perks? why would you not want to increase your skills? and yes you will always get skill points till everything is maxed. perks? i dont know about, i have some perk packs so i dont run out of those.

well that sounds like a major mod conflict to me, i really doubt that this will help the issue. here is what you need to do to find out which mod is giving you grief, first create a save just before you know it will crash. the uncheck all the mods but the DLCs, run through where you know it would normally crash. if no crash, start adding mods 1 at a time till you find the one that causes the crash. PM me if you want my test mod, it auto gives really OP weapon & armor so no matter what you are trying to test, you are well equipped to run the test.

Word of caution. Once you get to around level 50, enemies will start to spawn at their highest ranks ( Example, all super mutants will become Overlords). So unless you have damage modifying or re balancing mods ( which I highly recommend ), you're gonna have to deal with bullet sponges post end game.
