Im from the DMV area and the way the tower is shaped look a lot like an apartment thats right on the outskirts of Takoma in Silver Spring. Its in a place called Sligo Creek right by old Blair Highschool
Excellent idea, the location really provides a nice view of Takoma. But there are a few issues I'm experiencing: - there's a metal door on the ground level, obivously to get the player up there, but it's not working - just its status changes from open to closed, without any effect (in other words, I had no choice but to tcl via console to go up and take a look) - the back wall of both apartments is completely black, even against strong light sources (your screenshots show the same thing) - it's just that it doesn't look like a black wall but like a black void - I couldn't really find the note
Yeah, it does look like a black void. I wasn't that keen on that, but it is what it is, so I just used it. Hmm, I'll check out the door issue. There should be 2 doors at ground level. One is a double hotel type door that does nothing. The other is a slightly hidden door. And sorry for the delay, my computer died and I just got it fixed.
Sorry, I can't check your mod in the game yet (just got out of the Vault), but I already give useful (I hope so) advice - Oblivion Screen Shot Fixer works for Fallout 3 too. :)
