A couple of simple and plain apartments with a view in Tacoma

Due to health reasons I know it is only a matter of time until I pass away. I can no longer support this mod. It is expressly forbidden to modify this mod
or to re-release it in any way including translations.
Tacoma Tower.
A very simple and straight forward player house in Tacoma. I deliberately made this very plain, with nothing fancy and just 2 containers, one of which is an oven. I wanted to make it realistic. Even having a working sink was a big decision. There are actually 2 apartments, on the upper floors of the building. See the screen shot for access details.

You can use the location as a player home.
As usual, please ensure any feedback is kind and constructive.
And yeah, I do my screenshots in GECK because they don'twork in the game.

Really quiet neighbours (okay, really dead neighbours)

:: GENERAL OTHER STUFF ::

:: KNOWN ISSUESTemplate::
• It does not play well with Mod - Portable Camp Stuff
• I used metal planks and wood wall chunks to form thewalls, so with not too much difficulty if you walk at the walls you can walk
through them and see the wood wall chunks at some locations. It is also possible to fall through floors on the balconies and end up either on the bottom balcony or inside the building. If you get stuck you can fast travel back to the location marker I've created for Tacoma Towers.
