Stopping the planetarium show also stops the endless voice loop.

Very simple change to the planetarium's dialogue and terminal result scripts so that when the show is stopped (via the Planetarium Terminal), the voice stops looping as well. The voice does not immediately stop, but finishes its lines and only loops if the show is still running as it finishes. It gives plenty of impression of bugginess (you can even cause multiple overlapping voice loops if you want!) as is appropriate and lore-friendly, but fixes the incredibly annoying inability to stop the voice and allow you a relaxing stroll through the museum. Or you can start it up again when you want to take off for the stars...stars...up again when you...stars.
Checked to be clean with FO3Edit. Very unlikely to conflict with any mod, only edits the Planetarium Terminal and the result script of the third line of planetarium dialogue. (For example, compatible with UUF3P which as of the time of this upload does not alter the planetarium loop.)
