HI i just downloaded your mod and i have a request if its possible, ever since i played fallout 3 since release i never wore power armor for more than a few seconds because the sound of keys dangling pissed me off to no end so i never wore armor and your is very near to perfection for what i was looking for so is it possible somehow to remove that annoyinh as hell "keys dangling" sound of the power armor, and if so how?
You can't "remove" it per-se, its baked into a single sound file, but you can probably reduce it with something like audacity by reducing the top end frequencies in an EQ , if you know how.
I was actually considering doing this a while back myself, as it was getting a bit on my nerves as well, but i kinda switched from using the power armor all the time so i ended up not needing it. If i ever come around to it again, ill post an update with the adjusted sounds here.
That would require someone to actually script events for jumping/landing, as fallout 3 lacks such things by default, this mod just changes the sound files. For this reason I don't see any reason for this not to work in FNV, im pretty sure you can install it in the same place and have it work there as well.
